Written Return and Refund Policy
To protect all customers and ensure that all returns and exchanges are handled fairly, Womanology reserves the right to refuse your return or exchange in certain situations, such as:
- Products that were not purchased directly from Womanology
- Products that have been defaced
- Products with missing labels
- Products without receipts or store IDs
- Products that have not been cleaned
- Products lost or damaged beyond use

Reimbursement details
It will take up to 14 days to receive a full refund, with the payment method used. Back has the responsibility of the Customer.
